Apr 24, 2015 08:00PM ● By James Luke
The students at Monte Vista Elementary School, worshippers at the LDS Chapel next door, and the growing number of residents who call 2700 West home between 11400 South and 10400 South will all benefit from new sidewalks, curb and gutters and drainage improvements along the length of the west side of the road. Construction is already underway near the south end of the stretch and will be a part of the total improvements under a new resolution adopted by the City Council to fill the funding gap of some $296,000 in the budget for all of the projects involved in the development plan.
