In August, we put out an invitation for all pet owners to share their favorite photos of their pets. The new social media contest aimed to find the cutest pets within the communities we serve.

Submissions were collected throughout the first two weeks of August.  They were then compiled and sent out anonymously for the entire City Journals team to vote for the 'cutest'. 

Winners were featured in our September print-editions of the City Journals. You'll find them below.

"Norman is 50% pit, 15% treeing walker coonhound, 10% lab, and the rest is a mix to create the most not-normal pup I’ve ever met. This forever puppy adores snuggles, feels safest around old and disabled dogs, and howls with the best of them."

Honorable Mention - Killua 

"Killua is a 12-year-old boarder-doodle (half border collie, half poodle). Killua is an incredibly smart and sweet boy! He knows the individual names of all his toys and likes to play hide and seek. He answers to a litany of names, including handsome, boop, smoop, and muffin man. He is such a good boy and so loved that people compete to watch him. Winter is Killua's favorite season. He loves playing in the snow!"
